- Not exchangeable for cash. No change is given if the voucher value exceeds the bill.
- Refunds available within 14 days of purchase, only if unredeemed.
1. Purchase & delivery. Vouchers are issued by Niharika Pte Ltd (UEN 200903842G) trading as CALI. On payment confirmation, your voucher is delivered instantly to the recipient by email and (if a number is provided) WhatsApp, attached as both PDF and PNG.
2. Validity. Each voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated, extended, or refunded.
3. Redemption. Vouchers are redeemed by presenting the voucher (printed or on a phone) to staff at any participating CALI outlet — CALI Rochester Park, CALI Raffles Place Restaurant, or CALI Raffles Place Cocktail Bar. Staff scan the QR code to verify and apply the value. Vouchers may be used in part across multiple visits until the balance is exhausted.
4. Restrictions. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and no change is given if the bill is less than the voucher value. Vouchers cannot be used to settle gratuities, taxes, or service charges separately from the bill.
5. Refunds. Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed in whole or part. After 14 days or upon any redemption, the voucher is non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Bearer instrument. Vouchers are treated as bearer instruments. If a voucher is forwarded, photographed, or copied and redeemed by an unauthorised party before you, CALI is not liable. Treat vouchers like cash and only forward to the intended recipient.
7. Photo upload & consent. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use the image and grant Niharika Pte Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display it on the voucher. The photo must not contain unlawful, offensive, or third-party copyrighted content. CALI may refuse any photo at its discretion.
8. Personal message. Messages are limited to 200 characters and must comply with applicable laws. CALI may refuse or redact offensive, threatening, or unlawful content.
9. Promotional limitations. Vouchers cannot be combined with certain promotional offers, set-meal discounts, or third-party platform discounts. Banquet and private-event bookings may be subject to separate terms.
10. Privacy. Personal data (purchaser, recipient, photo, message) is processed solely for voucher delivery and redemption, in compliance with Singapore's PDPA. See cali.sg/privacy.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
