Terms of Use

The terms for using cali.sg and our services — reservations, vouchers, delivery and The Collection membership.

1. Acceptance

By using cali.sg you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site and services are provided by Niharika Pte Ltd (UEN 200903842G).

2. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse forms, or submit false information. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

3. Reservations

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. Free cancellation applies up to 2 hours before; late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings. Outlet names, hours and details are shown on each outlet page.

4. Gift vouchers

Vouchers are governed by the full terms shown at checkout on the gift voucher page (validity, redemption at the three CALI outlets, no cash value, refund window). GST applies at redemption.

5. Delivery & pickup orders

Prices are in SGD and inclusive of GST. Free islandwide delivery applies over SGD 80; otherwise a delivery fee applies. Discounts and promo codes are subject to the conditions displayed. Orders are prepared by the selected outlet; times are estimates.

6. Membership — The Collection

Membership (by NJ Group, spanning CALI and PEN & INC) is free and governed by its programme terms: points earned by task, 100 points = SGD 1, anniversary-based tiers with soft-landing, and no expiry games. We may adjust programme mechanics with notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, logos and designs on this site are owned by or licensed to Niharika Pte Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
