Privacy Notice

How we handle your personal data at CALI — collected only to serve you, protected under Singapore's PDPA.

1. Who we are

This website (cali.sg) and the CALI brand are operated by Niharika Pte Ltd (UEN 200903842G), Singapore ("CALI", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Our sister brand PEN & INC is operated under the same group (NJ Group).

2. What we collect

Contact & booking data — name, mobile, email, and details you provide for reservations, delivery orders, venue enquiries and general queries.
Order & payment data — items ordered, delivery address, and payments processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
Gift voucher data — recipient/sender details, message, and any photo you upload.
Membership data — mobile number and one-time codes (via WhatsApp/SMS), points, tier and activity for The Collection.
Usage data — device, browser and interaction data via cookies and Google Analytics 4 (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your data

To fulfil and confirm reservations, orders, vouchers and memberships; to communicate with you (email via EmailJS, WhatsApp/SMS); to operate and improve the site and the loyalty programme; and to comply with legal obligations. We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate business interests.

4. Who we share it with

Trusted service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), EmailJS (transactional email), Google (Analytics, Maps), and WhatsApp/SMS gateways. We do not sell your personal data. Providers may process data outside Singapore under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

7. Your PDPA rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and may withdraw consent. To exercise these rights or reach our Data Protection Officer, email privacy@cali.sg.
