CALI is an all-day dining home in Singapore, from the NJ GROUP GLOBAL family. A place for morning coffee, long lunches, unhurried dinners and everything in between. Today we span two locations and three outlets: the pet-friendly sheltered alfresco of Rochester Park, the Raffles Place Restaurant, and the Raffles Place Cocktail Bar.
Our kitchen
Our menus are led by Chef Anandram, Group Executive Chef with 28+ years of craft, and Chef Manjunath Mural, Group Culinary Chef. Chef Mural was Executive Chef of an Indian restaurant in Singapore, and is the first Indian chef to earn a MICHELIN star for an Indian restaurant in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
